You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
All content, features, and functionality of TalentPulse are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Our AI matching and scoring results are provided as recommendations only. Final hiring decisions remain the sole responsibility of the employer. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated scores or assessments.
TalentPulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable national laws.
