5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Free accounts have limited features as described on the Subscription page.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep QuizCraft available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the service with or without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

QuizCraft is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including loss of data or content.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.
