1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ApexForge platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the platform.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Purchases and Payments

All purchases made through the platform are subject to our order confirmation. Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

5. Tickets

Tickets purchased through the platform are for the stated event only. Tickets are generally non-transferable and non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

6. Returns and Refunds

Physical products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact our support team. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. Digital products and tickets are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ApexForge and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ApexForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any content or services obtained through the platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
